This time, the club has brought a free ambulance service not only for the players and former players of this city, but also for the common people. No matter how much there is a battle on the playing field between the eternal rival clubs, this ambulance of East Bengal will reach the needs of that club at a single call.
Today, this emergency service was inaugurated by the state Sports Minister Arup Biswas along with a group of club officials. President Murari Lal Lohia, Vice President Kalyan Majumdar, Secretary Rupak Saha, Cricket Secretary Sanjiv Acharya, Football Secretary Saikat Ganguly, top officials Debabrata Sarkar and others were present. Former players of the club were present. Sports Minister Arup Biswas appreciated such a great initiative of East Bengal Club.
