From Little Hearts to Maa Durga: South City
International School Celebrates Agomoni 2025

International School welcomed the spirit of Durga Puja with its much-awaited
Agomoni 2025 celebration at South City Mall, filling the space with music,
laughter, and devotion. The event brought together students, parents, and
members of the community in a heartwarming start to the festive season.
The highlight of the evening was the
enchanting performance by eighty little children from Classes 1 and 2, whose
innocent voices and graceful steps brought Agomoni to life. Their collective
performance, filled with rhythm, music, and devotion, created a magical
atmosphere that perfectly captured the essence of Durga Puja.
The celebrations reached their peak with
the ceremonial unveiling of Kolkata's very first Durga Puja Mandap of the
season at South City Mall. This special moment marked the official beginning of
the city's favourite festival and offered a glimpse of tradition through the
eyes of its youngest participants.
Speaking about the event, Acting Principal, Ms. Rupika Nath expressed her pride in the students, noting that their performances reflected the school's commitment to nurturing creativity, cultural values, and confidence in every child.
