Sanchita Chatterjee, BS News Agency, Kolkata: Alongside The Cricket Association of Bengal’s 98th Foundation Day, the ‘46th Frank Worrell Day’ was also celebrated at the Eden Gardens on Tuesday with due importance with people lining up to donate blood. 

CAB President Sourav Ganguly, former CAB Presidents Snehasish Ganguly, Avishek Dalmiya, current CAB Hony Secretary Bablu Kolay, CAB Vice President Nitish Ranjan Dutta, CAB Joint Secretary Madan Mohan Ghosh, CAB Treasurer Sanjay Das along with host of other dignitaries paid their tributes to Sir Frank Worrell followed by meeting and interacting with the blood donors.

A total number of 473 people donated blood at the Eden Gardens on Tuesday.
