Sanchita Chatterjee, BS News Agency, India: Kadimi Tool Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the fastener and cold forging industry, continues to strengthen its global presence with the recent acquisition of US-based Rol-flo Engineering Inc.
Speaking on the company’s journey, Managing Director Sahil Nath highlighted that Kadimi Group was founded in 1977 and initially represented global manufacturers in India, the company gradually expanded into manufacturing, beginning with flat thread rolling dies in 1987.
Over the years, Kadimi diversified further, entering the production of cold heading wire in 2013.
In 2024, the company marked another milestone by venturing into fastener manufacturing, followed by its first overseas acquisition—Rol-flo Engineering Inc.
Rol-flo Engineering is recognized for being in the pioneer in form rolling dies. The acquisition complements Kadimi’s existing product portfolio and provides the company with a US manufacturing base & greater access to the fast-growing aerospace market.
Looking ahead, Kadimi Group plans to expand capacity across its facilities and actively pursue further acquisition opportunities in key global markets, including the United States, Western Europe, Japan, and China. The company also intends to explore strategic monetisation of assets as part of its long-term growth roadmap.
