The 32-year-old is tied for fifth with Gerd Muller with 14 goals. Of these, he has the third-highest six goals this season. England have reached the quarter-finals. Asked whether Kane can be stopped, Walker told Goal.com that he sees no legitimate way.
"I think you have to kick him because he's going to get you in trouble!"
The former centre-back, who played 59 times for England, went on to praise Kane enthusiastically. "That's the essence of Harry's game. In the few games he doesn't score, he's very involved, it's hard to stop him. He and (Alan) Shearer have a lot of talent. They're both known for scoring goals and they're both top scorers. But they also contribute in other ways. "There are players like Ian Wright, there are players like Harry. They may not be playing well in the 92nd or 93rd minute, but they have the belief that they're going to score. I think Harry has proven himself over the past 10 years. A lot of people doubted him, but he's proven everyone wrong and he's really exceptional. I don't know where we would be without him." Norway will face England, who won their only World Cup trophy in 1966, in the semi-finals.
