Studying the history of East Bengal Club, keeping in touch with the current family members of the people of that time and knowing the history of the club's struggle from their mouths - this has been a daily occurrence in my life for the past 7 years.

When my mind is sad, I read the history of East Bengal Club. When despair consumes my mind, I remember the golden days of East Bengal Club's struggle more. The current situation is reminding me of those times more. I am passing the third chapter of the deadly disease with everyone's cooperation and blessings. People from my beloved club are coming, taking news on their mobile phones, family members, relatives and above all, my wife is always by my side. But even that is a loneliness that consumes me from time to time.

As I said at the beginning - the early history of the club attracts me a lot, it enlivens my mind. Today, the arrival of such a person with the message of being by my side made my mind better. Rajesh Chowdhury, the grandson of the club's main founder Suresh Chowdhury, a Delhi expatriate, came to Kolkata for a 2-day visit and came straight to see me. I can't talk to him face to face. I couldn't say it, but I couldn't understand where the hours had gone as I wrote. I felt like I had stored up the resources for a few more days of fighting in my mind.

My wife took my picture with Rajesh Chowdhury.
