Poster launch of "Ration Card"*
A Bengali story film 'Ration Card' has been made based on a news item published in a newspaper sometime ago titled "Not gold, ration cards are also mortgaged".

Based on a fictional story from 2008, this film
The story centers around the daily lives of a working family in a place in our state who are running out of money to buy oil.
For example, a family mortgages their ration card for the marriage of their daughter or for some other necessary work in exchange for some money. On this condition, the village headman or powerful person will not give them a ration card until they can repay the money, and they will not get any ration card accessories in exchange for the ration card. A protester comes forward to seek redress against all these injustices. Because she too was trapped in this ration card mortgage.
At the end of the story, the protesting woman takes up arms to restore peace in the village.
