'Reign in Suvendu!'—Bangladeshi Fundamentalists Issue Warning to Modi Following Chief Minister's Announcement.

Sanchita Chatterjee, BS News Agency: Following the BJP's historic victory in West Bengal and the rise of Suvendu Adhikari to the position of Chief Minister, a storm of anxiety and outrage has swept through certain quarters of Bangladesh. During a gathering of Bangladeshi Muslims held after the Jummah prayers, provocative speeches were delivered challenging India's sovereignty, accompanied by explicit threats. Directly targeting Suvendu Adhikari, they declared: "We are warning Suvendu! 107 Muslim MLAs have been elected in India."

🚨 Suvendu Adhikari is the NIGHTMARE of Bangladeshi Muslims!

🔥 During Jummah Namaz, Bangladeshi Muslims openly threaten India's sovereignty:

"We warn Suvendu! 107 Muslim MLAs have been elected in India. In Muslim-majority areas, they will declare independence—and we, too, will..."

"In Muslim-majority areas, we will declare independence, and we, too, will take part in that war." "Tell Modi to rein in this miscreant, Suvendu; otherwise, we—Bangladeshi Muslims—will be compelled to enter India." This video has gone viral on social media. The speaker has clearly engaged in communal incitement by interfering in India's internal affairs. During his election campaign, Suvendu Adhikari repeatedly raised issues concerning illegal Bangladeshi infiltration, the influx of Rohingyas, and border security. It is this firm stance of his that a certain section of Bangladesh views as a "nightmare."

In political circles, this threat is being regarded as extremely serious. BJP leaders assert that this constitutes a challenge not merely against Suvendu Adhikari, but against the very sovereignty and integrity of India. For a long time, allegations have persisted that illegal infiltrators from Bangladesh are entering border states—including West Bengal—and thereby disrupting the demographic balance.

Suvendu Adhikari has repeatedly declared, "I will not allow Bengal to be turned into Bangladesh." It is this very stance that has caused apprehension among a certain segment of the neighboring nation. Analysts believe that issuing such organized threats—particularly following Friday prayers—represents a deliberate attempt to fuel communal tensions. Allegations have also surfaced that efforts are being made to incite elected Muslim MLAs in India, thereby encouraging them to engage in separatist activities.

Concurrently, a literal threat of infiltration has been issued—manifested in the declaration, "We will storm into India"—which poses a grave concern for national security. Both the Government of India and the new administration in West Bengal are keeping a close watch on this matter. Vigilance along the border has been heightened by the Border Security Force (BSF). BJP leaders have stated that, under the leadership of Suvendu Adhikari, the new government will intensify the process of identifying and repatriating illegal infiltrators. The "pushback" policy is set to be implemented with greater efficacy. Strict legal and administrative action will be initiated against any individuals or entities that challenge India's sovereignty.
