Big surprise, Modi-Rahul left behind in the race for the Prime Minister! Who is in third place in the survey?

Bibhash Lodh, BS News Agency: The sensational results of the 'India Today-Cvoter Mood of the Nation' survey were recently released on who is the most popular as the next Prime Minister across the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as usual, retained the top spot as the first choice of the countrymen, who got 48.7 percent votes. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is in second place, who got 27.1 percent votes. However, the biggest surprise of this survey is the rise of Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam or TVK founder C Joseph Vijay to third place, who got 9.2 percent votes. Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee has taken a place right after the victory. This southern star has strengthened her position in national politics by getting significant support not only for the post of Prime Minister, but also for the leadership of the opposition alliance.  This extensive public opinion survey, conducted from July 1 to August 25, involved direct interviews with more than 25,000 people. Although the Lok Sabha elections are still a long way off, political circles believe that the results of this survey indicate a change in the equation of national politics.
