Bibhash Lodh, BS News Agency: As promised before the election, after the new government came to power, one after another public welfare-oriented projects have come. The 'Yubashakti Bharsa Card' project (Banglar Yuva Shakti) has come to Bengal after changing its name. Like the previous government's Yuva Sathi scheme, the main objective of the Yuva Shakti scheme is to provide monthly financial assistance to the educated unemployed youth of the state. However, it is important to keep several things in mind while getting benefits under this scheme. Conditions for applying for the Yuva Shakti scheme (Banglar Yuva Shakti)
Let us inform you that the Yuva Shakti Bharsa Yojana scheme provides an allowance of 3,000 rupees per month to unemployed graduates and those who have passed at least secondary school but are not graduates will get 2000 rupees. The government has informed that financial assistance under this scheme is going to start from next October. 
There is a condition regarding income - the monthly income of the family should be less than 1 lakh rupees.  Chief Minister Shuvendu Adhikari himself has said that if the family's monthly income is more than one lakh rupees, they will not be given this benefit. Also, the age of the applicant to apply for the project should be between 21 and 40 years.

The government has not yet released any update on when the application for Yuva Shakti will start. In February, the state budget announced that the 'Yuva Shakti Bhorsa Card' will be launched from next October. Sources claim that the allowance may start from October. The budget also announced that Yuva Sathi will be launched in the month of Puja.
